A: Yes! But first check each product page for a size chart along with sizing tips. If you are in between, on the margins or just moderately confused, feel free to send us an email and we will give you guidance. Q: I need to exchange or return my order. How do I do that?

Q: Is shipping free?
A: Shipping to the UK is free for all orders beyond £75 and for all International orders in the EU beyond £100. Keep in mind that for this shipping we use Royal Mail 48 for UK and Royal Mail Airmail Tracked for EU International. We also offer an expedited UPS service for an extra fee.
Q: Are returns free?
A: All returns in the UK are free and paid for as long as the garment is in new condition and less than 60 days after purchase. If you live outside of the UK the return postage will be paid by the customer. Once we receive the goods we will issue a refund.[send email to schedule return]
Q: What kind of warranty do I have on Ornot goods?
A: All Ornot products come with a one year warranty against any manufacture defects.
Q: How long does shipping normally take?
A: Orders ship business days (Monday-Friday) 24 hours after being placed. Royal Mail orders in the UK generally arrive 2 business days after ship and International 3-5 days after shipping. Keep in mind that we do not process any orders on Saturdays, Sunday, and Holidays and all goods are shipped from the UK.
Q: Am I responsible for import duties and tariffs on international orders?
A: NO! Orders shipped to all countries in the EU will have no duties or tariffs imposed on the deliveries.
Q: How do I wash all my Ornot gear?
A: As a general rule, all lightweight cycling clothing will last longer if you're nice to it. This means hand-washing in cold water and line drying. Ornot garments should be hand washed in cold water and line dried. Caps may fade if washed in the washing machine, with everything else, use your best judgement and make sure there aren't any random velcro straps floating around your washer or dryer :)
